Katie Gurden

My career journey has come full circle. I started out in property with Bairstow Eves, where I gained valuable insight into the housing market and the home-buying process. Following the 2008 financial crisis, I moved into the fitness industry, where I spent many rewarding years helping people achieve their goals. In 2022, I decided it was time to return to my roots and I qualified as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

After moving to Chelmsford, I joined Chelmsford Mortgage Solutions. Being part of a close-knit, all-female team means we genuinely enjoy working together, and that comes across in the service we provide. I love helping clients through what can often feel like an overwhelming process, taking the time to understand their needs and making their mortgage journey as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me out exploring local favourites such as Heather Hills and Blakes Wood with my dogs, Lola and Simba.
